A case of adenocarcinoma (not otherwise specified) occurring in the molar glands

چکیده
Adenocarcinoma not otherwise specified (NOS) is a malignant salivary gland tumor without the histological characteristics of other tumors. It rarely occurs in small glands and development molar extremely rare. We report case adenocarcinoma NOS occurring retromolar pad. The patient was 75-year-old woman with protrusive 10 × 15 mm mass region. lesion elastic soft had an irregular surface. Biopsy resulted histopathological diagnosis NOS. No regional or distant metastasis observed imaging. successfully resected under general anesthesia. postoperative course uneventful there has been no recurrence seven years after surgery.
